[Vega-seraphim Angel]

Tho I can't really imagine someone flying in that dress.
And maybe it's just in orthodox christianity,but seraphim angels have six wings,two to fly and four to cover their face and legs.

A lot of angels wear greek style dresses in classic art, check out michelangelo's angel paintings, they are covered in draped dresses.

This is a commission of someone's character and they wanted only 2 wings, in their world this type of angel has only 2 wings.
